How long to process / ship order?

All artwork orders are custom made, built exactly to your specifications and will arrive 3-5 weeks after you place your order.

Apparel, hat, coaster, towel and acrylic block orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground

If you do have a rush order or particular delivery date in mind, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We will send you an email with tracking information once your piece has been shipped.

 

Can rush orders be accommodated?

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request! Please indicate desired delivery date when contacting us and we will get back to you shortly thereafter to let you know whether we will be able to hit your date. We will also send you an email with tracking information once your piece has been shipped.

 

If you’re local to Manhattan Beach and running super short on time, we also have a wide variety of framed and matted prints and gift-able products in the gallery that can be purchased on the spot and brought home same-day!

What is your return policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, please alert us within 5 days of delivery. Note we will request photos of the damaged item, as well as the box if tampered with/arrived visually damaged. 

 

Do you ship Internationally?

We sure do! Currently, the site is only set up to process US shipping, but contact us (info@bobridges.com, 310-937-3764) and we’ll process international orders for you.
